Do you feel tired and weary?

I’ve been there. As a mom of a 4 year old, 2 year old, and fussy infant with a husband completely tied up at work, I reached a breaking point. I needed help.

Thankfully a dear friend challenged me to set aside a time of Sabbath rest each week. It felt impossible (how could I rest with three little children and no support?), but I resolved to try even though I knew it wouldn’t be perfect.

The result was profound. It turns out, God knows what He’s doing. Since that time, I’ve had the privilege of teaching women how to add a Sabbath rest to their week, even if they don’t think it’s possible. Many of those same women have contacted me to share the great blessing that this has been in their lives (just as it was in mine)!
