Your one simple word “strategize” revolutionized my meal planning. After I read that sentence I began noticing what was on the calendar for that day and planning a meal that was doable in that time frame. Duh! Linda. Thank you again, Katie!

4 Very simple and doable steps Katie! Thank you for the reminder of the shoes in the house and setting a bedtime for myself. I have been itching to get a pair of “athletic shoes” for the house. I loath shoe shopping though, takes me forever to find the perfect one! Still trying to conquer a reasonable bedtime for myself! In fact I tried the last two nights to which took me 1 1/2hr to fall asleep 🙁 “By nature” I’m a night owl….but know that it’s better and more productive to get to bed earlier and start earlier…..still working on it.

    • Yeah… I don’t always fall asleep as quickly as I’d like. I moved my quiet time to the evening since having Emily, since I have NO presence of mind in the morning right now with all the nighttime feedings, and I think that is helping me wind down. I hope the routine of it gets you there soon!
